Vaibhav C. Apte

Helping people break into first-generation students

  • 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
  • Mumbai Community Trust
  • 2018 to 2025
  • English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Mumbai Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once. I'm still learning every day.

More about Vaibhav

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
