Design mentor, Pune
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Pune Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first design job in 1999. I still have your notes. Greetings from Radom.
