I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 2009 at Little Unity Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Vadym: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
