Helping people break into trades
- 🇩🇪 Berlin, Berlin, Germany
- Berlin Foundation
- 1994 to 2017
- English, Ukrainian
For 23 years I've mentored people in trades and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Vadym
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
