Uzma Tayyaba Awan

Helping people break into farming

  • 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
  • Lahore Foundation
  • 1982 to 2003
  • English, Punjabi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Lahore Foundation. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Uzma

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
