Helping people break into leadership
- 🇵🇰 Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
- Peshawar Association
- 1987 to 2008
- English, Punjabi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Peshawar Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Uzma
