Helping people break into finance
- 🇵🇰 Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan
- Starlight Community Trust
- Since 1999
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,130 people through Starlight Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Uzma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Uzma: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
