Uyên Lệ Ha

Teacher at Cần Thơ Technical College, loves English literature

For 14 years I was the English literature teacher at Cần Thơ Technical College. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 630 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Uyên

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Uyên: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
