Uwe Henry Pohl
Leadership mentor, Leipzig
- 🇩🇪 Leipzig, Saxony, Germany
- Leipzig Association
- 2011 to 2020
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Leipzig Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
