Usman Michael Nwankwo
Choir director and singer
- 🇳🇬 Nnewi, Anambra, Nigeria
- Since 1999
- English, Igbo
I play choir direction and folk music. I started in 1999 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Usman: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
