Helping people break into writing
- 🇮🇳 Gaya, Bihar, India
- Gaya Association
- Since 2017
- English, Hindi, French
For nine years I've mentored people in writing and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Usha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
