Usha E. Joshi
Mentor in nursing and first-generation students
- 🇮🇳 Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India

- Since 1989

For 37 years I've mentored people in nursing and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Usha
