Usha C. Kashyap

18 years teaching Spanish in Varanasi

  • 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
  • Phoenix Girls' School
  • Since 1996
  • English, Hindi
For 30 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Phoenix Girls' School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

More about Usha

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
