Helping people break into teaching
- 🇮🇳 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Since 2001
- English
For 25 years I've mentored people in teaching and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Urvashi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
