I'm a volunteer. Mostly clean-up crews, sometimes elderly befriending, always with a flask of tea.
I answer every message, eventually. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Ursula: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
