Upul Wanigasekara

Folk music and songwriting teacher

  • 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
  • Colombo Band
  • Since 2014
  • English, Sinhala
I've played folk music since 2014, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Upul

I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.
