Upendo Wambui Macharia
Teacher at Nairobi Academy, loves special education
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Academy
- Since 1995
- English, Swahili, French
Nairobi Academy is my second home. I teach special education there since 1995, mostly Year 9.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Upendo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me special education in 2000 at Nairobi Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.

you taught me special education in 2003 at Nairobi Academy. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Truly.
