Upendo Margaret Juma
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Thika
- 🇰🇪 Thika, Kiambu, Kenya
- Thika Quartet
- Since 1997
- English, Swahili
I'm a musician from Thika. I've toured a little, taught a lot and played at more weddings than I can count.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
