Helping people break into leadership
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Mombasa Community Trust
- 1991 to 2019
- English, Swahili
For 28 years I've mentored people in leadership and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
