For 25 years I have been the geography teacher at Mombasa Girls' School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 900 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Upendo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
