Una Kenny
Special education and biology teacher, Cork
- 🇮🇪 Cork, Munster, Ireland
- Greenfield Academy
- 2003 to 2020
- English
I taught special education at Greenfield Academy in Cork from 2003 to 2020. Most days I taught Year 7, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Una
If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.

What gifts mean to Una: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
