Umesh T. Garg
Helping people break into software
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Since 1999
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Our Lady of Peace Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Umesh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Umesh: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
