I've coached hockey at Madurai Youth Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Umesh
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Umesh: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
