I've been a nurse for 22 years, most of them in intensive care at Bamboo Maternity Hospital in Lalitpur. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
