For 46 years I've run the cross country program at Lalitpur Swimming Club in Lalitpur. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
