Umesh Aryal
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- The Trinity Shop
- Since 2017
- English
I've worked in bicycle repair since 2017. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 320 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
More about Umesh
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Umesh: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
