Umar Wahyu Ramadhan
Classical player and teacher in Denpasar
- 🇮🇩 Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
- Denpasar Orchestra
- Since 1985
- English
I play classical and folk music. I started in 1985 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Umar: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
