Umar Umar Surya
Early years teacher at Jakarta Barat Secondary School, 1998 to 2018
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- 1998 to 2018
- English
I taught early years and social studies at Jakarta Barat Secondary School, Jakarta Barat. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Umar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Umar: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me early years in 2013 at Jakarta Barat Secondary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand Thank you again.
