Umar Rashid Orakzai
Teacher at Lahore Middle School, loves economics

I taught economics at Lahore Middle School in Lahore from 2002 to 2024. Most days I taught teenagers, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Umar
If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.
