Umar Lukman Rahman

Music teacher at Jakarta Girls' School, Since 1982

I teach music at Jakarta Girls' School in Jakarta since 1982. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term. I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
