Umar Irfan Putra
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇩 Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta, Indonesia
- Little Yogyakarta Works
- 1983 to 2011
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Yogyakarta, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
