Umar Danish Ismail
Teacher at Gujranwala Public School, loves early years
- 🇵🇰 Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan
- Gujranwala Public School
- Since 1990
- English, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I never raise my voice.

What gifts mean to Umar: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me early years in 2018 at Gujranwala Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

You taught me early years in 1995 at Gujranwala Public School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Truly.
