Umar Budi Wardana
Music and religious studies teacher, Semarang
- 🇮🇩 Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia
- Semarang Middle School
- Since 1996
- English, Indonesian
For 30 years I have been the music teacher at Semarang Middle School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Umar
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
