Umar Babar Hashmi

Mentor in software and first-generation students

  • 🇵🇰 Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
  • Crown Youth Network
  • 2002 to 2014
  • English, Urdu
I'm a mentor in software. I spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.

More about Umar

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
