I got into watercolor as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day. Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I run most mornings. I'm still learning every day.

More about Umar

I've had 9 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

Mediums

Watercolor

What gifts mean to Umar: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
