For 27 years I have been the geography teacher at Nashik Grammar School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Uma
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Uma: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
