Uma K. Mohan
Geography teacher at Hillcrest Grammar School, 1986 to 2020
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Hillcrest Grammar School
- 1986 to 2020
- English
I taught geography and drama at Hillcrest Grammar School, Pune. I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 1,800 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Uma
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Uma: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
