Udara Lahiru Wickramasinghe
Musician with Riverside Choir
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Since 1989
- English, Sinhala
I play bass and jazz. I started in 1989 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Udara
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Udara: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
