I teach design and technology at Dehiwala Academy in Dehiwala since 1992. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and my door is open at lunch.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Udara
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Udara: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
