Uchenna Obinna Fashola
29 years teaching history in Bonny
- 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
- Bonny Middle School
- 1994 to 2020
- English, Igbo
Bonny Middle School was my second home. I taught history there from 1994 to 2020, mostly mixed-ability classes.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Uchenna
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Uchenna: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
