For 25 years I was the early years teacher at Ikeja Middle School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Uchenna
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Uchenna: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
