Helping people break into first-generation students

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,230 people through Zaria Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Uchenna: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 1984. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
