I've grown coffee from 2003 to 2012, with a bit of potatoes on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Uche: A gift would go toward seed and repairs after a bad season.
