I coached cycling at Bonny Willow Creek Athletic Club from 1990 to 2018. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Uche
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
