I coached chess at Badagry Sports Club from 2016 to 2025. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Uche
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
What gifts mean to Uche: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
