Uche Godwin Nwachukwu
Coached martial arts for ten years in Warri
- 🇳🇬 Warri, Delta, Nigeria
- Greenfield Community Club
- 1997 to 2007
- English, Igbo
I coached martial arts at Greenfield Community Club from 1997 to 2007. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Uche
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
