Tushar N. Savla
Mentor in recovery and software
- 🇮🇳 Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India
- 1980 to 1995
- English, Gujarati
For 15 years I've mentored people in recovery and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tushar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
