Tunde Dayo Bankole

Painter, potter and teacher at Gwagwalada Art Collective

  • 🇳🇬 Gwagwalada, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
  • Gwagwalada Art Collective
  • Since 1993
  • English
I got into woodcarving as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day. I also teach a weekly class at Gwagwalada Art Collective, which keeps me honest.

More about Tunde

I've had 4 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Tunde: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
