For eleven years I ran the cross country program at Mbarara Sports Club in Mbarara. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I'm still learning every day.
