Tuğba Fatma Duman

Oil painting and printmaking artist

🇹🇷 Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye
Little Çankaya Gallery
1983 to 2009
English, Turkish

I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1983 at Little Çankaya Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I fix old bicycles.

More about Tuğba

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Tuğba: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
